Yerleşim alanının merkezinde geniş bir alanı kaplayan ve kaplıcadan beslenen termal havuz bulunmaktadır. Havuzun çevresinde yaya geçidi bulunmaktadır. Tesisler havuzun etrafında kuzey-güney ekseninde yer almaktadır. Site aksının güney tarafında otel ve spor kür merkezi, aksın ortasında cam kubbeyle örtülü termal havuzlu otel, aksın kuzeyinde ise kapalı çarşı bulunmaktadır. Yerleşimin dışarıya bakan kısmında, otele gelen araç ve yaya trafiğini destekleyen yolların sonunda yer alan, ticari alana bağlanan küçük bir meydanın çevresinde cami ve yaşlı bakım evi bulunmaktadır. Mimari tasarım yorumu su damlalarından ilham alınarak yapılmıştır. Kompozit, cam, çelik, granit ve ahşap gibi ürünler bina cephe kabuğunu oluşturur.

Thermal Hotel

In the center of the residential area, there is a thermal pool that covers a large area and is fed by a hot spring. There is a pedestrian walkway around the pool. The facilities are located on a north-south axis around the pool. There is a hotel and sports cure center on the south side of the site axis, a hotel with a thermal pool covered with a glass dome in the middle of the axis, and a grand bazaar in the north of the axis. In the outward-facing part of the settlement, there is a mosque and an elderly care home around a small square connected to the commercial area, located at the end of the roads that support vehicle and pedestrian traffic coming to the hotel. The architectural design interpretation was inspired by water drops. Products such as composite, glass, steel, granite and wood form the building facade shell.
