Bu dalgalanma her katta farklı bir çizgiyi takip ederek doğayla uyumlu yumuşak ama dinamik bir görüntü yaratmaktadır.

Yapının bodrum katında ve bahçenin altında kapalı otopark düzenlenmiştir. Ticari ve sosyal alanlar zemin katta yer almaktadır. Zemin katın üstündeki beş normal katın her biri 3+1 formatında dört konuta ev sahipliği yapacak şekilde planlanmış olup, koridor, merdiven ve asansörlerden oluşan ortak alanlar bodrum ve çatıya kadar tüm katlara hizmet vermektedir. Son bölümde bir çatı terası bulunmaktadır ve bu kat hafifçe geriye çekilerek iki adet 2+1 ve dört adet 1+1 konut oluşturulmuştur. Katlarda toplam 26 konut bulunmaktadır. Mimari tasarım çevredeki doğadan esinlenmiştir. Rezidansı tüm katlarda çevreleyen dalgalı bir teras bulunmaktadır. Binanın bu mimari yorumu onu çevredeki alanda çekici bir sembol haline getirmektedir.

A5K Residences

This fluctuation follows a different line on each floor, creating a soft but dynamic image in harmony with nature.

A covered parking lot is arranged in the basement of the building and under the garden. Commercial and social areas are located on the ground floor. Each of the five normal floors above the ground floor is planned to host four residences in a 3+1 format, and common areas consisting of corridors, stairs and elevators serve all floors up to the basement and roof. There is a roof terrace in the last section, and this floor is slightly pulled back to create two 2+1 and four 1+1 residences. There are a total of 26 residences on the floors. The architectural design is inspired by the surrounding nature. There is an undulating terrace surrounding the residence on all floors. This undulation follows a different line on each floor, creating a soft but dynamic image in harmony with nature. This architectural interpretation of the building makes it an attractive symbol in the surrounding area.
