Kule farklı fonksiyonel kullanım amaçlarına hizmet ediyor. Kulenin bodrum bölümlerinde otopark alanları ve büyük marketler ve devamında zemin ve üzerinde birkaç kat ticari alış veriş alanları yer alıyor. Ticari alanların yer aldığı baza üzerinde geniş bir sosyal bahçe yer alıyor. Sosyal bahçeden itibaren ofis katları başlıyor. Ofis katlarının üzerinde otel bölümü devam ediyor. Kulenin yükselen son kısımlarında ise konutlar yer alıyor. Kule bitiminde çevresindeki manzarayı 360 derece gören bir seyir terası ve buraya hizmet eden kafelerle buluyor. Kulenin en çatısına yerleştirilmiş taç şeklindeki bir sistemin üzerinde rüzgâra göre yön değiştiren ve rüzgardan elektrik elde eden özel rüzgar türbinleri bulunuyor. Böylece ihtiyacı olan enerjinin bir kısmını kendisi üretebilecektir. Yapı cam, çelik, alüminyum, parlak beton gibi malzemelerle inşa edilecektir.

SM Tower

The tower serves different functional purposes. There are parking areas and large markets in the basement sections of the tower, and commercial shopping areas on the ground floor and several floors above. There is a large social garden on the base where commercial areas are located. Office floors start from the social garden. The hotel section continues above the office floors. The last rising parts of the tower are residences. At the end of the tower, there is an observation deck with a 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape and cafes serving it. There are special wind turbines on a crown-shaped system placed on the roof of the tower, which change direction according to the wind and obtain electricity from the wind. Thus, it will be able to produce some of the energy it needs itself. The building will be built with materials such as glass, steel, aluminum and polished concrete.
